Translation:Mishnah/Seder Nashim/Tractate Sotah/Chapter 4/5

And these are the ones that the Bet Din warns: one that her husband becomes deaf-and-dumb or crazy, or that [her husband] was a prisoner in the prison. She will not be made to drink, they said, rather she is disqualified from her ketubah. R. Yossi says, she is even made to drink. When her husband goes out from the prison, he makes her drink.
