V. of West Leigh, Devon, 1874-92. V. of Radford Semele, Warws., 1892-1909. Married, 1865, Susan, dau. of the Rev. S.W. Barnett, V. of Towersey, Bucks. Author, translations of Tertullian's Treatises and Metrical Fragments. Latterly of 8, Leam Terrace, Leamington, where he died Aug. 28, 1922. Brother of Edward (1856), Francis (1858) and Henry M.
