Joseph M. Hoeffel

Democratic U.S. politician from the state of Pennsylvania. He served three terms in Congress representing the Montgomery County-based 13th congressional district, and is currently vice-chair for the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners. He was the Democratic Nominee for U.S. Senate in the 2004 general election against incumbent Republican U.S. Senator Arlen Specter.
