Robert Boettcher

See biography, indexes. Boetcher is a former foreign service officer with the State Department in Washington, D.C., Japan and Vietnam. He was staff director of Congressman Donald Fraser's subcommittee on international organizations, investigation Korean-American relations, specifically ties between Rev.
