1. Is this book still copyrighted? Questia (published in 1935, translation by Vyvyan Holland, 1886 – 1967, no trace of copyright renewal)
2. If US law doesn't use the rule of shorter term, the French original is still copyrighted in USA. Do we allow to publish the translation on WS?
