The rumors of Mark Twain's 100 years demise is slightly exaggerated -- he died in 1910...?

A link error[edit]

In the list of works I clicked on "Advice to Girls" and was told it was moved to "Advice for Little Girls" I don't know how to fix it, so if someone else could. (both titles exist in the list of works) Tb3 16:47, 24 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted the former, added redlink to Speech at St. Timothy's School instead, see [1]. This seems to have nothing to do with "Advice for Little Girls".--GrafZahl 15:34, 25 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Eulogy, Obituary[edit]

I just uploaded two articles from the New York Times about Mark Twain's death, The New York Times/Mark Twain is Dead at 74 and The New York Times/Mark Twain. I wasn't sure if they should be included here on the author page, obviously they weren't authored by him but might be nice to have some kind of link. Couldn't find New York Journal advance obituary, if someone can please post in the same fashion as the two articles mentioned above--Metal.lunchbox 05:11, 10 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

More Tom Sawyer[edit]

There appears to be another work "Tom Sawyer abroad, Tom Sawyer detective and other stories, etc. etc" published in 1896 or earlier[2], with the text online at Tom Sawyer Abroad and Tom Sawyer Detective. es:Mark Twain mentions these stories individually. Is this material yet to be added, or is it available somewhere on ensource? John Vandenberg 05:28, 13 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Number 44: The Mysterious Stranger[edit]

What about "Number 44: The Mysterious Stranger"?unsigned comment by 24.230.116.16 (talk) 05:41, 29 August 2007.

I don't know what you mean by "Number 44" but The Mysterious Stranger is listed.--GrafZahl (talk) 08:19, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

list of newspaper articles[edit]

here is an extensive list of newspaper articles / interviews / etc. Would be appropriate to include it here (re-formated perhaps) as a sub-page ? John Vandenberg 09:15, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"The American Flag"[edit]

Poem on Author:page led to a false link. I changed the title here to "The American Flag (Clemens)", and have created a disambiguation page for The American Flag—including the Clemens piece... But I couldn't find any reference here on WS or online for such a work... Closest I could figure was Clemens' excerpts from The use of the American flag in the Philippines...? Organization[edit]

Do non-fiction works go under "essays" or "works"?--Frglz (talk) 09:40, 3 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

"Rough It"[edit]

This story was originally published in Britain as "The Innocents at Home." Should we mention that somewhere? Seperation (talk) 02:42, 3 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
