Arms Control[edit]

I suggest adding a subcategory of "Arms Control" under "Treaties," to include a number of those already included (NPT, ABM, etc.) as well as some that do not appear to be here (CWC, CTBT, etc.). These could be further subdivided by category of arms: nuclear, chemical/biological, conventional.

This seems to be a little frequented corner of the Wiki world, so I'm posting this in part to see if anyone is paying attention. NPguy (talk) 21:37, 6 June 2009 (UTC)

Categorise as you believe that it should be done with most effectiveness, and also to consider the best way to interwiki categories. That way we can look to utilise the Wikisource templates to their best effectiveness. -- billinghurst (talk) 03:52, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
I posted the original message because I couldn't figure out how to add categories or subcategories, or the proper way to list them in the article. Is there a help page for this? NPguy (talk) 08:33, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
Cannot say that I have seen one. Wikisource:Style guide is available. I am not the best categoriser, so not the expert. Lots of people like to add group links through the Wikisource: namespace, though if one is adding lots of pages, it can be just an extra chore.
As we are a smaller site with a fairly close-knit group, the Scriptorium is our lunch room, for asking questions. Generally, people don't bite. :-) billinghurst (talk) 10:24, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
