Caelius, our Lesbia, that Lesbia, that Lesbia, whom alone Catullus loved more than himself and all his own, now on streetcorners and in alleyways peels1 the descendants of magnanimous Remus.
1Here, "peels" refers to a sexual act, probably oral sex. As the word is "glubit," Catullus does an excellent job with onomatopoeia.
