Commencement of sections 4 and 7 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Second Amendment Act, 2001  (2003)  Thabo Mbeki, as President of the Republic of South Africa

Commencement of sections 4 and 7 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Second Amendment Act, 2001 (Act No. 61 of 2001)

Under section 11 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Second Amendment Act, 2001 (Act No. 61 of 2001), I hereby fix 1 December 2003 as the date on which sections 4 and 7 of the said Act shall come into operation.
