Commencement of the Constitution Fifteenth Amendment Act of 2008  (2009)

This presidential proclamation, number R. 22 of 2009 published on 16 April 2009 in Government Gazette No. 32130, set the date that the Constitution Fifteenth Amendment Act of 2008 came into force.

Commencement of the Constitution Fifteenth Amendment Act of 2008


Under section 6 of the Constitution Fifteenth Amendment Act of 2008, I hereby fix 17 April 2009 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
