Schedule A of the civil-service rules is hereby amended by striking out the word "three" in paragraph 11 of Section VI, relating to the Interior Department, and inserting in lieu thereof the word "six," so that the paragraph shall read:
- Six special agents of the General Land Office to investigate fraudulent entries and other matters of a criminal nature.
