For the purpose of more clearly defining and describing the extent and limits of the military reservation on the south end of Gasparilla Island, Fla., and the military reservation on the north end of Cayo Costa or Boca Grande Island, Fla., both of which were established by Executive Order of November 17, 1882, the lands embraced within those reservations are hereby announced with reference to the official plats on file in the General Land Office as follows:


Military reservation on the south end of Gasparilla Island.

All of fractional Sections 23, 24 and 26 and Lot 1 of Section 35, of Township No. 43 South, Range No. 20 East of the Florida Principal Meridian, including the areas as shown upon the plat of said township approved by the Surveyor General of Florida, June 5th, 1876; viz:

Lot 1, Section 23, 78.46 Acres; Lot 2, Section 23, 55.60 Acres; Lot 3, Section 23, 56.50 Acres; Lot 4, Section 23, 57.00 Acres; Lot 5, Section 23, 38.96 Acres; Lot 6, Section 23, 58.50 Acres; Lot 1, Section 24, 10.62 Acres; Lot 1, Section 26, 71.25 Acres; Lot 2, Section 26, 55.52 Acres; Lot 3, Section 26, 45.68 Acres; Lot 1, Section 85, 4.26 Acres.


Military reservation on the north end of Cayo Costa or Boca Grande Island, Fla.:

All of fractional Section 36 and Lot 2 of Section 35, Township 43 South, Range 20 East; all of fractional Sections 1 and 2, and Lots 1, 2 and 3, and the south ½ of the northeast ¼ of Section 12 of Township 44 South, Range 20 East; all of fractional Section 6, and Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Section 7, Township 44 South, Range 21 East, including areas as follows, as shown on “Diagram of the Military Reservation situated on Cayo Costa Island, Florida.” certified by the Surveyor General of Florida, Sept. 24, 1898, and in conformity with the official plats and field notes of the survey thereof on file in the General Land Office:
