Rule VI of the Civil-Service Rules is hereby amended by adding to the positions therein excepted from the requirements of examination, under the Treasury Department, in paragraph 12, the positions of Chinese interpreters. As amended the paragraph will read:
- (a) All shipping commissioners.
(b) All Chinese interpreters.
