Executive Order 3268

The Council of National Defense is hereby directed to take over the records of the War Labor Board, and to complete the transactions of that board in matters disposed of but not fully administered at the time of its dissolution. The records, documents, and files of the War Labor Board will be preserved by the Council of National Defense subject to such further order as may heretofore be deemed expedient to cause a distribution for final custody among the appropriate executive departments.
