Amends Executive Order 209, March 20, 1903.

Section VI, enumerating positions in the Department of the Interior excepted from the requirement of examination, under Schedule A, Rule II, clause 3, is hereby amended by the addition of a clause as follows:

  1. One private secretary to the Director of the Geological Survey.
