Schedule A of classified positions excepted from examination under Rule II, clause 3, is hereby amended by adding to Subdivision IX, relating to the Department of Commerce and Labor, the following paragraph:
- Shipping commissioners whose compensation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1907, was, as shown by the records in the Department of Commerce and Labor, $2,500 or over.
