Under authority vested in me by law, it is ordered:
Executive Order No. 750, dated February 6, 1908, providing for a system of jury trials in criminal prosecutions in the Canal Zone, wherein the penalty of death or imprisonment for life may be inflicted, is hereby modified by striking out of line 1 and 2, section 2, and out of line 4 and 5 of the same section, the words "collector of revenue" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "tax collector."
