Under authority vested in me by law, it is ordered:
Section 436 of act No. 14 of the Laws of the Canal Zone is hereby amended so as to read as follows:
- Every person who wilfully injures, defaces, or removes any signal, monument, building, or appurtenance thereto, placed, erected or used by persons engaged in the United States Coast Survey, or Isthmian Canal Commission, or any public service company within the Canal Zone, knowing the same to be a boundary or survey monument, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
