Paragraph 11 of Subdivision VI of Schedule A of classified positions excepted from examination under Rule II, clause 3, is hereby amended by striking out the word "five" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "three." As amended the paragraph will read:
- Three special agents of the General Land Office to investigate fraudulent entries and other matters of a criminal nature.
