Synopsis:   Lead covered, results of interview.

  Full Field Investigation Instituted: 09/24/2001

Webb [1]was interviewed at the Islamic Society of Greater Oklahoma City (ISGOC) by SAs Scott Billings and Elizabeth Scott on 11/06/01. Webb appearead very forthcoming and provided the following information: Zacarias Moussaoui, konwn to Webb at the time only as "Shakur", came to the Oklahoma City mosque on two or three occasions in February or March 2001. Webb stated "Shakur" aliented everyone he came into contact with, was argumentative, and a "lunatic". Webb recalled "Shakur" approaching him after a sermon, asking "Why don't you tell the Muslims they should leave the land of the Infidel?" "Shakur" also approached Webb for assistance in finding a wife, which caused Webb to feel "Shakur" might be unstable to ask such a request of a stranger.

Webb now feels in hindsight that "Shakur" was involved in some way with the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.

 > Webb was also familiar with Hussein al-Attas, having known him since approximately 1996 when Al-Attas came to this country. Webb believes Al-Attas was probably "brainwashed" by "Shakur". Once Al-Attas was released by INS in Minneapolis, he told Webb he believed he and "Shakur" were going to fight "Jihad" in Pakistan. When Webb told Al-Attas he had probably made the biggest mistake of his life, Al-Attas replied, "I know".

Moussaoui's motion dismissing the Report[edit]

ALLAH U AKBAR. In their constant effort to remove me from my defense Brinkema and her lawyer have produce an interview of an Imam in Oklaoma. If the FBI report is to be belive, the American Imam ponder about my state of mind because I asked him to help me get married.

MAYBE IT IS STRANGE FOR A MUSLIM TO GO AN ASK THE IMAM FOR MARITAL HELP IN AMERICA BUT IN THE ENTIRE MUSLIM WORLD IT IS THE FIRST PERSON A MAN WILL GO TO GET MARRIED.

That the Kind of "histarical" psychiatric information the standby by is Frankenstein doctor will use to declare me crazy.

Having left Britain on an unsuccessful attempt to get married it is possible that I was a bit in a hurry when I ask this Imam to help me when I just arrived IN NORMAN OKLAHOMA. AFTER ALL EVEN MUSLIM HAVE A HEART.

Of course the FBI did not want to declassified this interview because it confirm that I intended (and still intend) to have a family. A Jury might find a bit difficult to believe that even a Muslim fundamentalist will marry one day and kill himself the next.

SO YES WHEN YOU WANT TO GET MARRY IN THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY YOU ASK THE IMAM

Again Leonie Brinkema is trying to exploit ignorance and prejudice.

Annotations[edit]
