Description
English: Caricature of Adelaide of Saxe-Meiningen, queen of William IV, insisting that her ladies-in-waiting(?) or servants(?) should discard the extravagances and eccentricities of 1830 fashion (huge leg-of-lamb sleeves, salad-plate hats, tight corseting) and be dressed in a sober and plain style. The women complain about their transformation.
