Deutsch: Skriðuklaustur (Augustiner) am südlichen Ende des Lagarfljóts. Es wurde 1493 gegründet und 1550 im Zuge der Reformation aufgelöst. Merkmale vieler Skelettfunde weisen darauf hin, dass hier Krankenpflege betrieben wurde, hier die deformierte Wirbelsäule.
