 LONDON

 SECRET FOR THE FORMER NAVAL PERSON FROM THE PRESIDENT

 I SHALL BE LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING ATLEE.

 I AM ALSO DELIGHTED WITH THE OUTCOME OF THE MOSCOW CONFERENCE. THE IMPORTANT THING NOW IS TO GET THE GOODS TO THEM.

 ADMIRAL STARK TELLS ME THAT THE DIFFICULT PROBLEM I PRESENT TO YOU YESTERDAY IS ON THE WAY TO A SOLUTION WITH REGARD TO WHICH I APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION.
