The petition for writ of certiorari is granted, the judgments are vacated and the case remanded to the Supreme Court of Appeals of Virginia for consideration in light of Peterson v. City of Greenville, 373 U.S. 244, 83 S.Ct. 1119, 10 L.Ed.2d 323, and Robinson v. Florida, 378 U.S. 153, 84 S.Ct. 1693.

Mr. Justice DOUGLAS would reverse outright on the basis of the views expressed in his opinion in Bell v. Maryland, 378 U.S. 242, 84 S.Ct. 1823.
