LANGFORD, THOMAS (fl. 1420), historian, was a native of Essex and Dominican friar at Chelmsford. He is said to have been a D.D. of Cambridge, and to have written: 1. 'Chronicon Universale ab orbe condito ad sua tempora.' 2. 'Sermonea.' 3. 'Disputationea.' 4. *Postilla super Job.' None of these works seem to have survived.
