Coll., Camb., 1860, joint author of Hopwood and Coltman's Registration Cases 1869–77, sometime revising barrister for Hull and Yorks East Riding, a student of the Inner Temple 14 Jan., 1847 (then aged 15), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1860 [3rd son of late (Hon.) Mr. Justice Coltman]; born ⁠, 1832.
