Fletcher, Col. Thomas William, M.A., Trin. Coll., Dublin, 1852, M.A. (ad eundem) Oxon 1853, M.R.I., F.R.S., J.P., D.L. cos. Worcester and Stafford, formerly col. 1st (king's own) Stafford militia, a student of the Inner Temple 4 June, 1859 (then aged 50), called to the bar 30 April, 1862 (eldest son of late Thomas Fletcher, late of Handsworth, co. Staff.); born , 1810; married 13 Sept., 1831, Jane M., dau. of James Russell, Esq., of Bescot Hall, co. Staff., and has issue.
