PREFACE.
The first complete Catalogue of persons who had proceeded to Degrees in the University of Dublin was published in the year 1869. It contained the names of all those on whom Degrees had been conferred from the earliest recorded Commencements to July, 1866. A Supplement brought down the List of Degrees to December 16, 1868.
The present volume is intended to furnish a List of Graduates who have proceeded to Degrees from the beginning of the year 1869 to the close of the year 1883, a period of fifteen years. In this List there are incorporated, in alphabetical order, some additional names which had been accidentally omitted in the previous volume.
