lished in such country, except so far as is provided by the Order; (iv) the Order in Council may provide that the enjoy- ment of the rights conferred by this Act shall be sub- ject to the accomplishment of such conditions and formalities (if any) as may be prescribed by the Order; (v) in applying the provision of this Act as to owner- ship of copyright, the Order in Council may make such modifications as appear necessary having re- gard to the law of the foreign country; (vi) in applying the provisions of this Act as to exist- ing works, the Order in Council may make such modifications as appear necessary, and may pro- vide that nothing in those provisions as so applied shall be construed as reviving any right of prevent- ing the production or importation of any trans- lation in any case where the right has ceased by virtue of section five of the International Copy- right Act, 1 886. (2) An Order in Council under this section may extend to all the several countries named or described therein.

30. — (i) An Order in Council under this Part of this Act shall apply to all His Majesty's dominions to which this Act extends except self-governing dominions and any other possession specified in the order with respect to which it appears to His Majesty expedient that the Order should not apply.

(2) The Governor in Council of any self-governing do- minion to which this Act extends may, as respects that dominion, make the like orders as under this Part of this Act His Majesty in Council is authorised to make with re- spect to His Majesty's dominions other than self-govern- ing dominions, and the provisions of this Part of this Act shall, with the necessary modifications, apply accordingly.

(3) Where it appears to His Majesty expedient to ex- cept from the provisions of any order any part of his do- minions not being a self-governing dominion, it shall be lawful for His Majesty by the same or any other Order in
