How do they follow up the openings to new knowledge that it provides? And so on. The academics who contributed to this research have very helpfully recognised that the quality of online encyclopaedias resides not so much in exhaustiveness of content, so much as in their capacity to make knowledge accessible and engaging to a wide readership.
