In carrying out the du- 2 ties in this subsection or performing analyses of' activities 3 under this Act, the Director of' the Congressional Budget 4 Office may employ personnel and procure the scowices of' 5 experts and consultants. 6 (d) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.--There 7 are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be 8 neeessa?T to produce reports required by this section. 9 SEC. 203. ANALYSIS IN PRESIDENT'S BUDGET. 10 (a) IN GENERAL. Section 1105(a) of' title 31, 11 United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the 12 following new paragraph: 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 "(35) as supplementa?T materials, a separate analysis of' the budgetary effects for all prior fiscal years, the current fiscal year, the fiscal year for which the budget is submitted, and ensuing fiscal years of the actions the SeercrafT of the TreasmT has taken or plans to take using any authority pro- vided in the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, including-- "(A) an estimate of the current value of all assets purchased, sold, and guaranteed under the authority provided in the Emergency Eco- nomic Stabilization Act of 2008 using method- ology required by the Federal Credit Reform
