Youngest son prays until he has finished [H 1455]. Insect puts out his lantern. He searches for light and meets robbers. Shows his superior strength and becomes their captain. Frees muleteers captured by robbers. Cuts off robbers' heads one by one as they steal in palace. (Cf Mt 956). Takes ring and piece of dress from sleeping princess and wins her by presenting them [H 125.1]. Magician takes her. She tells husband secret of enchantment: black salt.
