in [361. Edwaed Baedolfb or Baedolf, presented 3rd Oot.

[3697. John Paeinton held this stall in 1380. He quitted it

in 1389 for Leighton Buzzard. John StaceYj installed 25th Oct. 1389. He tliccl in

394- Richaed Codetney, collated 18th Nov., and installed

2 ",th Nov. 1394. He was afterwards bishop of Nor- wich. XJohn Foee] 3T sued eded in 1 4c i . He died in 1446, and was buried in Wells cathedral, where he was dean.

William Witham, LL.D., collated 2nd April 1446 s . He died anno 1472, and being dean of Wells was buried in that cathedral.

John (ii nthoep, (to whom Witham had resigned a year before \i\< death.,) installed 15th Aug. 1471. He died at his deanery of Wells in 1498, and was buried in that cathedral.

James Whiston, installed 23rd July 1498. He died in 1512.

Matthew Smith, collated 2ml Dec. 1 5 1 2 . He died 6th Feb. 1547-8. He was the first principal of Braze- nose college Oxon, and was buried in St. Mary's in that college.

Henry Parry, installed 21st June 1548. He surren- dered this stall the same year or the next to sir John Tynne, making a grant of all his titles and estates in
