by the Pope, who placed in it in his stead Johx, son of Ambaldi de Ambalden, citizen of Rome,

iii Cal. Januarii (30th Dec.) 1291. Gilbert de Middletox, collated in 1305, vice John,

son of Ambaldi, deceased. He exchanged it with Edward St. John for Leighton Buzzard in 1314, and

he exchanged it for a prebend of Exeter with
