Nov.) 1293, vice Martival resigned. Thomas de Bbay, collated xiv Kal. Ap. (19th March)

1310 11, and quitted it in 1315 for Stow Longa. Peter de Daldeeby, admitted Oct. 1316. Ldchin de Flisco, presented to it by papal authority

in 1322. William db Exon came in about 1327. William DE Ci - wtia came in 14th Feb. 1344-5. William de Uptobd held it in 1369. The next was Thomas la Wabbe, who possessed it in 1376, and was,

made prebend of Kctton in 1419. Ralph Lowtii held it in 1426, and exchanged it for

the roctory of St. Cross at York with Richabd Tone, LL.D., 10th June, 1432, on whose re- signation Nicholas Clahk was collated 13th July 1434. Thomas Salisbury, collated 23rd Aug. 1459, and

died in 1460, being archdeacon of Bedford. He was

buried in the cathedral. John Tapton, collated 2nd Dec. 1460, and quitted it

for the deanery of St. Asaph. Thomas Gauge succeeded in 1463. He resigned in

1465 to Richahd Rawdon, collated 7th April 1465, vice Gauge

resigned. William Langton, S.T.P., resigned 1482. Richard Norton, LL.D., collated 29th March 1482.

He resigned 1492. Nicholas Halswell, M.D., collated 12th May 1492. James Mallet, installed 19th April 1520. Ho quitted

it for Empingham. Thomas Robertson, collated 26th March 1533. He

quitted it for Gretton. Owen Oglethorp, S.T.B., collated 29th March 1,536,
