[258*, and had the royal assent 13th Oct. 1 2 5S '. The temporalities were restored to him on the 17th of the same month?, and he was consecrated 3rd Nov. following 8 . He died (xv Cal. Jan.) 1 8th Deo. 1279 9 , and was buried in Lincoln cathedral. i'ho commission to the guardian of the spiritualities bears date v Id. Jan. (9th Jan.) 1 280-1. The license to elect a bishop in the room of Richard Gravesende is enrolled 1st Jan. J279-80 1 .
