Robert de Bonewell was archdeacon of Middlesex in the time of Roger Niger, bishop of London, viz. between 1 229 and 1 241 : .

John of Northampton was archdeacon of Middlesex in 1242". Ho died towards the latter end of 1243. He was also prebendary of Willesdon.

Thomas Di Ingaldesthori or Inglethorp, from this dignity was made dean of this church in 1276.

Ralph de Baldock or Baddaxe, was archdeacon of Middlesex in 1270. and from being archdeacon was elected dean of this church in 1294 s3 , and subsequently bishop of this diocese.

Ralpb di Malling, prebendary of HarU ston, had this diemity conferred on him by Robert Winchelsev, arch- bishop <f < lanterbury, \iii Cal. Maii, (24th April) 1 295, per assumptionem Baldock ad decanatum S. Pauli 84 .

Richard de Newport, prei ndaryqflsledan, was arch- deacon of Middlesex in 1304, and from this office was
