7 :58				The President went to his office accompanied by his Military Aide, Major John V. Brennan.
9:01	9:03			The President met with his Personal Secretary, Rose Mary Woods.
9:02			R	The President received a long distance call from Mayor Robert Lemley in Mansfield, Ohio. The call was not completed Maryann Benes in the office of C. Stanley Blair returned the call at 10:44.
9:05				The President met with Henry A. Kissinger, Asst. for NSA.
9:28	9:37			The President met with his Spec. Asst. Ronald L. Ziegler.
9:40				The President met with his Counsellor, Arthur F. Burns.
10:05				The President went to the Residence for the presentation ceremony of Medals of Honor to three recipients. For further information see, APPENDIX "A".
10:27				The President returned to his office.
10:32	10;40			The President met with his Personal Secretary, Rose Mary Woods.
10:43				The President, accompanied by Paul W. McCracken, Chrmn. of CEA, went to the Cabinet room for a meeting With the Cabinet Committee on Economic Policy. For those in attendance see APPENDIX "B".
12:04				Ambassador Emil Mosbacher, Chief of Protocol, escorted: William R. Tolbert, Vice President of Liberia S. Edward Peal, Ambassador of Liberia to the Cabinet Room to be introduced to the President.
12:08	12:25			The President returned to his office accompanied by: William R. Tolbert, Vice President of Liberia S. Edward Peal, Ambassador of Liberia Emil Mosbacher, Amb., Chief of Protocol.
