It was moved and seconded to add the following clause to the resolution respecting the Electors of the supreme Executive, namely "Who shall be paid out of the national Treasury for the "devotion of their time to the public service" which passed unanimously in the affirmative. [Ayes--9; noes -- o.] I It was moved and seconded to add after the words "national Executive" in the xoth resolution the words "together with the supreme national Judiciary." which passed in the negative [Ayes--3; noes- 4; divided -- 2.] ?
