Title 3--The President disclosure of which could impair foreign relations, national security, the deliberative processes of the Executive, or the performance of the Execu- tive's constitutional duties. Heads of departments and agencies shall, to the extent permitted by law, furnish to the Secretary information the Secretary requests to perform such function, in the format and on the schedule speci- fied by the Secretary. Any reference in this memorandum to the provision of any Act shall be deemed to include references to any hereafter-enacted provision of law that is the same or substantially the same as such provision. Presidential Determination No. 2005-22 of April 14, 2005 Waiver and Certification of Statutory Provisions Regarding the Palestine Liberation Organization Memorandum for the Secretary of State Pursuant to the authority and conditions contained in section 534(d) of the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropria- tions Act, 2005, Public Law 108-447, I hereby determine and certify that it is important to the national security interests of the United States to waive the provisions of section 1003 of the Anti-Terrorism Act of \177987, Public Law \17700-204. This waiver shall be effective for a period of 6 months from the date hereof.
