Specific appropriations for support of government, for 1796.For compensation to the Comptroller of the Treasury, clerks and persons employed in his office, ten thousand nine hundred dollars.

For expense of stationery, printing and all other contingent expenses in the Comptroller’s office, eight hundred dollars.
