Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of sixty thousand VQ5g:' Q3g“:°' dollars be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the authoring, treasury not otherwise appropriated, to enable the Secretary of the Treasury to cause to be built or purchased, in such mode as he may deem best for the public interest, four vessels of suitable size and construction, to be employed as revenue cutters on such stations as the said secretary may designate. {_Qg¤ll¤<>6»§¤¤¤ SEO. 2.
