White Earth Reservation Land Settlement Act of 1985 To designate the year of 1987 as the "National Year of Thanksgiving". To designate the Federal building located in Jamaica, Queens, New York, as the "Joseph P. Addabbo Federal Building". To provide for the temporary extension of certain programs relating to housing and community development, and for other purposes.
