For an additional amount for "Other procurement, Air Force", $71,385,000. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISION « Notwithstanding any other provision of law, all purchases, leases, or other uses of military type equipment acquired from appropriations provided in this chapter shall be procured under existing procedures established by the Department of Defense.
