(120) DALLAS, TEXAS.—The Secretary is authorized to carry out a project to construct and upgrade 8.1 miles from Beltline Road in Dallas County to SR-121 in Collin County. (121) BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY, VIRGINIA.—The Secretary is

thorized to carry out a 10-mile extension of the Blue Ridge Parkway to the Explore Project (a tourist destination located in the Roanoke Valley in western Virginia to be designed and built by the National Park Service and to be transferred to and maintained by the Blue Ridge Parkway portion of the National Park Service).
