For an additional amount for "Operation and Maintenance, general", $125,000 to be derived by transfer from "General Investigations" to perform a cumulative environmental analysis of section 55 measures along the 46-mile reach of the Platte River between Hershey, Nebraska, and the Lincoln-Dawson County line. REVOLVING FUND
The Corps of Engineers is directed to advertise and procure an automated system that adheres to specifications developed by the Corps of Engineers for civil program requirements without regard to the Army Information Architecture Tier 2 standards for operating systems.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Secretary of the Army shall file a report with the appropriate committees of the House of Representatives and the Senate within ninety days after a written request is made pursuant to the provisions of subsection (m) of section 103 of Public Law 99-662 indicating the action taken on the request. In addition, the Secretary of the Army shall file a report with the appropriate committees of the House of Representatives and the Senate within ninety days after enactment of this Act listing any project or study falling under the provisions of subsection (e)(l) of section 103 of Public Law 99-662. Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Public Law 92-463), the Secretary of the Army is directed to establish an advisory committee for the Denison Dam (Lake Texoma), Red River, Texas and Oklahoma project authorized by the Flood Control Act approved June 28, 1938 (52 Stat. 1219). The purpose of the Committee shall be advisory only and it shall provide information and recommendations to the Corps of Engineers regarding the operations of Lake Texoma for its congressionally authorized purposes. The Committee shall be composed of representatives equally divided among the project purposes and between the States of Texas and Oklahoma. The Corps of Engineers, taking into consideration recommendations of the Southwestern Power Administration and the Lake Texoma Advisory Committee, shall, to the extent feasible, develop a management plan for the conservation pool in Lake Texoma that:
