484a), and shall be handled in the same manner as amounts so deposited pursuant to such Act. SEC. 7. (a) Title to any real property conveyed pursuant to this Act shall revert to the United States if the school district attempts to convey or otherwise transfer ownership of any portion of such property to any other party or attempts to encumber such title, or permits the use of any portion of such property for any purpose incompatible with the purposes specified in subsection (b) of this section. (b) Real property conveyed pursuant to this Act shall be used for a public school. Approved November 9, 1987,
