PUBLIC LAW 100-219—DEC. 29, 1987 culture is encouraged to work with State agencies, units of local government, and other public and private nonprofit agencies and organizations in developing a comprehensive plan for the use of the special grant funds and the delivery of services provided for in this subsection. "(2) GRANT PERIOD.—Grants may be made under paragraph (1) during the period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act and ending on December 23, 1990.". Approved December 29, 1987.
