TITLE II—GENERAL PROVISION No part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall remain available for obligation beyond the current fiscal year unless expressly so provided herein. This Act may be cited as the "Dire Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1988". Approved August 14, 1988.
