(b) Section 4.14A(a)(6)(B) is amended— (1) by striking out "2.3(a)(2)" and inserting in lieu thereof "1.7(b)(l)(B)"; and (2) by striking out "2.3(a)" and inserting in lieu thereof "1.7(b)(l)". (c) Section 4.14A(e)(l) is amended by striking out "a qualified" the second place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof "such qualified". (d) Section 4.14A(g)(l) is amended by striking out "farm credit district" and inserting ^ lieu thereof "bank". (e) Section 4.14A(g)(3) is amended by striking out "district board" and inserting "bank board". (f) Section 4.14A(1) is amended by striking out "Federal intermediate credit bank" and inserting in lieu thereof "Farm Credit Bank". (g) Section 4.14B(a) is amended— (1) by amending the heading to read as follows: "(a) FARM CREDIT BANK.—";

12 USC 2278a-3, (a) Sections 6.3(a)(12) and 6.24(a)(12) are each amended by striking 2278b-4. out "(as defined in section 3(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. 1813(b))" and inserting in lieu thereof "(within the meaning of section 3 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. 1813))". (b) Sections 6.3(b) and 6.24(b) are each amended by striking out "original" and inserting in lieu thereof "exclusive".
